We are excited to introduce you all to our latest kid on the "millennial showcase block." This week we are featuring a man of many talents. Someone who brings new and dynamic talent to the world of health and fitness. To the world, he is known by the name Littlejohn but in this community, we recognize him as the Millennial "King of Fitness." We have deemed him worthy of such a title not only because of his inspirational fitness background but also because of his personal mission to serve as a source of motivation to others and encourage people to become the very best version of themselves.
The "Millennial King of Fitness" was Born and raised in Flint, Michigan. Since childhood, he has always been involved in sports and has lived a very active lifestyle. In high school, he was an all-around athlete and earned 13 varsity letters in football, baseball, basketball, and track & field, from Flint Northern High School. If it were up to us, we would call him "athlete of the century."
Following high school, he earned a football scholarship to Wayne State University (Detroit) and played defensive tackle for the Warriors from 2012-2016. While attending Wayne State University he also became a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., the first black Greek-lettered organization. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science in 2018, he then began a career in personal training. Currently, he is a certified personal trainer for Equinox, the number one personal training company in the country, in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
His decision to become a personal trainer was based on the drive to change the lives of individuals who are ready to become the person they truly are deep inside. As a child, he was obese and experienced everything from depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, and body shame due to being overweight. Now he is taking his knowledge and experience and using them in a positive way and offering personal assistance to help others take charge of their lives. He is a big "advocate for living healthier and better lives through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. The Millennial "King of Fitness" is driven by an immense desire to help change as many lives possible through fitness and a stronger mindset. He lives by the motto, "Strengthen Your Mind, Strengthen Your Body, Strengthen Your Life."
We would like to publicly thank "Millennial King of Fitness" for being an agent of change and making it his personal mission help better the lives of others. We recognize your efforts to build a better world through health and fitness.
